Dr Emma Wilkins

Emma has extensive experience coaching athletes in both running and cycling disciplines. She has a strong scientific and quantitative background, which she applies to her coaching practice, holding a PhD in population health modelling, a Masters’ Degree in sports nutrition and physiology, and an undergraduate degree in physics from the University of Oxford. She is a qualified sports nutritionist, and trained in anthropometry (the measurement of body composition). She is a keen fell and trail runner with nearly two-decades of running experience, having competed both in the UK and abroad, and finishing 7th at the British Trail Running Championships 2023 (Middle Distance). Emma has also consulted with and written for numerous reputable print and online publications on the topics of training and coaching science, as well as authoring several popular books on training physiology and nutrition.

Tom Bell

Tom has over a decade of coaching and consulting experience working with endurance athletes from a range of disciplines, including cycling, running and triathlon. He is a graduate from the University of Leeds, where he was captain of the cycling team and won the British Universities & Colleges Sport championships in multiple disciplines whilst there. Post-study, Tom has won national championship titles and stood atop numerous national and international UCI podiums in MTB XCO, marathon and hill climbs. He’s also offered his expertise in training and physiology to numerous reputable publications.
